Everything about buying and selling ad space — escrow rules, scam prevention, data practices, and how our engagement token works.
Data we collect
We collect the minimum needed to operate.
When you create an account, we store your email address, display name, and a securely hashed password. Basic session cookies may be used for authentication and login functionality. We do not use tracking cookies, third-party analytics, or advertising pixels of any kind.
Your social links (Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) are stored only to display on your public profile. They are not used for analytics, marketing, or any other purpose, and we do not sell, rent, or share them with third parties.
Telegram Verification
Telegram verification is entirely optional. It exists so buyers can confirm they are dealing with a real, accountable person. Your verified handle is displayed publicly on your profile and listings. You can remove verification at any time from profile settings.
Blockchain data
On-chain transactions are public by design.
Wallet addresses and transaction signatures submitted through adHere are publicly visible on the Solana blockchain. This is inherent to how blockchain technology works and is not something we control. Do not use this platform if you require transaction privacy.
Third parties
We do not sell or share your data.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties. The only external services we use are email delivery (for account verification and deal notifications) and Solana RPC (for on-chain payment verification). If this changes, this policy will be updated first.
How escrow works
Funds are released in stages — protecting both sides.
When a buyer submits payment, funds are held by the platform until delivery milestones are reached. This protects buyers from non-delivery and sellers from false dispute claims after work is done.
1
Payment submitted
Buyer sends USDT or USDC on Solana to the platform wallet and submits the transaction signature. Funds are held in escrow. The deal is marked active once verified on-chain.
2
50% milestone — seller receives first release
Once 50% of the agreed duration has passed, the seller receives 33% of the total deal value. This rewards delivery while keeping the majority of funds at stake.
3
100% complete — full release
Once the full duration is complete, the seller receives 100% of their earnings. The platform retains a 10% fee deducted at this point — not upfront.
!
Dispute or early cancellation
!If a buyer raises a complaint with verifiable evidence that agreed delivery was not provided or was removed early, the platform will review and determine the outcome. If verified, the remaining escrow balance is returned to the buyer.
!If the seller cancels before 50% of the agreed duration has passed, 100% of funds are returned to the buyer.
Buyers cannot reclaim funds already released through milestone payouts unless a dispute is opened and verified by the platform.
Example: $10 deal, 2-week duration
50%At 1 week: the seller receives $3.30 (33% milestone release).
100%At 2 weeks: remaining escrow is released, total payout $9. Platform retains 10% fee ($1) at this point.
<50%If seller removes the ad before day 7: buyer receives the full $10 refund.
Buyers cannot reclaim funds after a milestone release unless a verified dispute is approved.
As a buyer
How to protect yourself when buying.
✓Check for Telegram verification. Listings from verified sellers show a ✓ Telegram badge. Unverified sellers carry more risk.
✓Demand proof from the exact account. If buying a pinned post on a Telegram channel, ask the seller to DM you from that channel's admin account — not just their personal handle.
✓Discuss terms before paying. Use the Contact Seller section on every listing. Agree on exactly what will be delivered, in what format, and for how long.
!Check seller history. Look at completed deals and reviews before buying. New sellers with zero history carry higher risk.
✕Never pay outside the platform. Escrow protection only applies to payments made through adHere. If a seller asks you to send funds directly to their wallet, do not proceed.
✕Don't trust screenshots as proof. Analytics and follower counts can be faked. Ask for screen-share or time-stamped video proof for significant purchases.
As a seller
How to protect yourself when selling.
✓Verify your Telegram. Verified sellers get more trust and are less likely to face disputes.
✓Be specific in your listing. Vague listings lead to misunderstandings. Clearly state what you're offering, for how long, and any restrictions.
!Keep delivery records. Screenshots showing your ad was live for the full duration protect you if a buyer raises a false dispute.
Dispute policy
If a buyer raises a dispute with verifiable evidence the ad was removed or not delivered, the remaining escrow balance will be returned to the buyer. Sellers who repeatedly receive valid complaints may be removed from the platform.

adHere has a native utility token on Solana. It plays no role in buying or selling ad space — all commercial transactions use USDT or USDC only. The token exists purely as a community engagement and governance mechanism.

Burn mechanic
Every vote burns tokens permanently.
When you cast a vote on adHere, your tokens are not transferred to anyone — they are destroyed on-chain using a real SPL Burn instruction. The total token supply decreases permanently with every single vote. No treasury. No team wallet. Gone forever.

The burn happens at the token mint level — the total supply tracked on-chain goes down permanently. You can verify every single vote transaction on Solscan by looking for the Burn instruction under the Token-2022 program.
How to vote
Voting on a seller profile.
Votes are cast on seller profiles — not on individual listings. Each vote signals your trust (or skepticism) about that seller as a whole. You need $ADHERE tokens in your Phantom wallet to participate.
1
Open any seller's public profile
Click on a seller's name anywhere on the platform to open their profile page.
2
Connect your Phantom wallet
Click "Connect Phantom to Vote" in the Community panel. Your wallet is used only for signing the burn transaction — nothing else.
3
Choose your vote
tomato Tomato — flag the seller as suspicious. vouch Vouch — confirm the seller is trustworthy.
4
Approve the burn in Phantom
Phantom will ask you to sign. Once approved, the tokens are burned on-chain and your vote is recorded permanently.
Phantom is for voting only
Connecting Phantom does not link your wallet to your adHere account for payments. Ad space purchases use a separate payment flow with USDT/USDC. Phantom here is purely for signing the burn transaction when you vote.
